Refunds
How to have your money back. Last changed 22 October 2026.
Your money back, at a button
If JobSweep is not right for you, you do not need to write to me or give a reason. Press Refund on your Account page and tick the box to say you want your money back. Stripe sends the refund to your card, and your plan ends at once.
When you can have it
- During your free week there is nothing to refund: cancel and you pay nothing.
- Your first payment: in full, for 14 days after it is taken.
- A later payment: in full, for 14 days after it is taken, once a year.
- Onelink, which sells JobSweep for me, can also refund a payment itself, within 60 days of it.
When it reaches you
Stripe says a refund usually shows on your statement 5 to 10 working days later, depending on your bank. A refund soon after the payment may instead take the payment off your statement.
If something goes wrong
Your Account page says whether the refund has gone through. If Stripe cannot send it, I am told by email and I sort it out with you. You can also use Write to me on the Help page.
